Who We Are
Mr. Chin Tsai is the original founder of Chin's group of restaurants. The first Chin's Szechwan restaurant was opened in 1976 in Hawaii and became a favorite destination for high-quality and delectable cuisine served in an elegant environment. Over the years, Chin has opened other Chin's fine dining restaurants that are frequently visited by patrons looking for fine Chinese cuisine and splendid service.
In 2008, to further enhance our customer’s fine dining experiences and menu choices, Chin has retained a distinct number of restaurants under his ownership and personal management and plans to further elevate his restaurants to higher levels of excellence.
